Charles Harrewyn

Charles Harrewyn is Head of Investor Relations at Pinnacle Global Advisory, where he leads the firm’s engagement with institutional investors, family offices, professional investors and sophisticated private investors.

He is responsible for developing and strengthening Pinnacle’s investor network, supporting investors throughout the onboarding and investment process, and maintaining clear, timely communication across the firm’s opportunities and advisory activities. His role also includes helping to originate new investment opportunities and supporting investor participation across private placements, venture capital, M&A and property-related transactions.

Charles will also lead Pinnacle Ventures, the firm’s syndicate vehicle designed to provide professional and sophisticated investors with access to selected private-market opportunities. Through Pinnacle Ventures, investors may participate in primary and secondary investments across the company lifecycle, from early-stage and growth funding rounds through to late-stage and pre-IPO opportunities.

With a relationship-led and commercially focused approach, Charles aims to build a trusted investor community and create a professional, transparent route for investors seeking access to carefully selected private-market opportunities.
