From early stage to pre-IPO

Through our regulated company, Pinnacle Capital, we provide access to private placements across the full company lifecycle - early-stage UK ventures, including SEIS and EIS-qualifying rounds, through growth capital, to late-stage and pre-IPO secondaries in some of the world's most closely held private companies.

Investors participate in one of two ways:

• Directly, where the allocation, ticket size and structure suit a direct subscription.

• Through Pinnacle Ventures, our syndicate, which aggregates investor commitments into a single nominee holding - opening access to allocations that would otherwise sit well beyond an individual subscriber's reach.

We combine a working understanding of the markets, trends and opportunities across a range of industries with an established network of relationships among leading advisers, consultants and finance industry stakeholders. Our approach to deal flow is deliberately targeted: we work from recommendations and referrals from sources we know, so that what reaches our investors has been screened and demonstrates the metrics that matter.
