Sunshine + Kittens (S+K) is a fintech venture revolutionising financial literacy and banking for children aged 6 to 18 through gamification, AI, and interactive learning. With a target market of 58 million children in the UK and EU, S+K aims to address the urgent need for financial education and provide a child-friendly banking solution.

PGA is advising S+K on their capital raising strategy in relation to their Pre-Seed funding round, including advice associated with capital structure, valuation, introduction to investors, and term sheet negotiation.
