BioFactory are on a mission to tackle some of the world's toughest enviornmental problems by creating low cost cost commercially viable solutions for the farming industries, thereby driving more sustainable agriculture practices. Their Mico AD Farm solution harnesses the power stored in livestock waste to create cost savings for farmers while reducing green house gasses that would be typically emitted from livestock waste. Additionally, treated cow slurry has the benefit improving soil health and nutrient uptake in crops resulting in better yields.
PGA advised BioFactory on their capital raising strategy for their Seed funding round, which included advice associated with corporate and capital structure, valuation, and introduction to investors.
